[SML] Whether to support Attribute or not?

Attributes are more semantic than syntactic.  You can use a schema
language to make sure information about the content is processed
before information that is the content.  Also, by removing the
dependence on syntax you also relax the idea that information may only
be one (information about the content) or the other (the content).
