Creating XML Documents from text files

As well as the suggestions you've already received, you can also use XML
Script (www.xmlscript.org) for this. In fact, XML Script doesn't need you
to specify a DTD for the document, you can just parse the text into its
components and then use the components as your attribute values, element
content or whatever else you want.
