IBMs XML for Java and JBuilder

Greetings XML Gurus,
I am using IBMs XML4J 2.0.15. I would like to use it with JBuilder 3.0. I created a new library and provided the source path  (zip file) and the classpath (jar file) in the Project-> properties window. The JBuilder is not able to compile the examples which contains the com.ibm.*. How do I make the JBuilder aware of the com.ibm.* packages ? I am on Windows 98, the classpath variable does point to the xml4j.jar file.
