XMLized mails (RE: We gotta break up these digests)

I am prepared to make a start on this.
I will prepare a brief spec on what I hope to do and feel free to add your
advice.

I will initially focus on XML + XDR + XSL and for the IE5 browser, but I
would be happy to have other people contriobute for other platforms -
takers?
