I'll take another guess why your unsubscribe didn't work.  I got this 
message (as well as your unsubscribe message to the list) as attached HTML 
documents, so it's a good bet the list management software did as well. 
 Try turning off the send-as-HTML option in your email program and then 
sending it again.
