XML-RPC interface for Manila

Manila is our browser-based web content management system. Like apps of an earlier era, not only does it have a user interface, it also has a scripting interface. We're building a desktop editing app to connect into our web application. And the interface we're using is open and documented, to encourage other easy to use writing, design and graphics apps to become Internet-enabled.
