I think that XML-dev'ers might want to go and take a look at a recent
SlashDot discussion on XML:

It starts with the XHTML REC announcement, but quickly shifts into a
sometimes-rude discussion about XML itself.  We're all busy preaching
(and selling our products and services to) the converted here on
XML-Dev, but it's sometimes useful to stop and see how XML is playing
in the outside world.
