I apologize for the confusion.  The final version of SAX2 will
probably contain some (optional) interfaces for DTD information and
lexical information.  SAX2 is designed so that people can invent any
handler types they want and register them using setProperty(); we're
working on finalizing that infrastructure first, then we'll provide a
couple of recommended core handler types.
