Hello,
has someone of you a list of "essential/recommended" chemistry software for
a desktop running under Linux (SuSE 8.2 Pro).
I know of course that requirements and oppinions differ from person to
person - I am collecting ideas.

Background: 
a) using the desktop and
b) revitalizing the "ChemLinux"-ML at 
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/chemlinux/
