Ray,

I like your suggestion of us having read-only access to W3C member mailing
list.

I find two-edged sword quite harmless if you have a handle on it.  W3C
members do.  Rest of us don't.  My hands are bleeding from holding the wrong
end of too many two-edged swords with my barehands.
