[Q] How should SAX support Namespaces?

The problem is that you wouldn't be able to express something like the
following (assume that the namespaces associated with "DOCBOOK:" and
"LC:" are properly declared):

  <DOCBOOK:book LC:refno="QA76.64.D47 1994">
   [...]
  </DOCBOOK:book>
