Itsy Bitsy: new draft

I have released a new draft of Itsy Bitsy at
http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/XML/ibtwsh.dtd . Entity sets for
it are now located at http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/XML/XMLlat1.ent,
http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/XML/XMLsymbol.ent, and
http://www.ccil.org/~cowan/XML/XMLspecial.ent .

The only new feature is the XML element, which is a horizontal
format element with a model of ANY, allowing random XML to be
inserted into the HTML. (Good luck passing this to your
browser, though.)

Further comments are earnestly solicited so I can nail this
sucker down, since my current draft of XSchema depends on it.
