I'm very willing to do this; capitalization has been an issue for me 
throughout.  Whatever we do, I want it to be _consistent_.

I can go either way on this one.  I thought sticking to the spec might 
encourage consistency, but I don't think the labels in the spec are in 
widespread usage.  Element instead of ElementDecl is fine with me.

As anyone who's read XML:A Primer knows, I'm an ALLCAPS person, but the 
current system is mostly fine for me. (I got a bit lost when ALLCAPS turned to 
Mixed in things like IDREF.)

Sounds good.  That way I can focus on namespaces. :-@
