Attribute value normalization

| xp says that the type of the attribute "a" is CDATA. 

This is correct behaviour for a non-validating parser.

This is correct behaviour for a validating parser. (xmlproc does the
same.)

Hmmm. What do they do?

AElfred and XP are behaving correctly. (Provided XP normalizes the
attribute value correctly, that is.)
