Expat user group or mailing list?

I think that issues should be dealt with through xml-dev...I can't imagine a
more relevant forum. I would be interested in finding out if there are
other users out there, however. I know that I am coming across several
issues that I would not mind airing, such as:
- CDATA sections not sending the correct callback events
- getting the parser to understand high-order ascii characters
I, too, would be interested in a change history between revs. Regarding
your distribution questions, we have not got there yet and have not
formulated a plan, so I am afraid I cannot offer any wisdom there.
