Not the first time :-) I also coined the TLA "XML" for eXperimental Markup
Language and had to abandon it in favour of bigger things. (It's now called
TecML - it will disappear as soon as people can get their act together over
how to pass numbers over the WWW using XML.)

Note that NOTE-SOX and XML-DEV-ex-SOX are substantially different so they
is no competition other than for the handle
