In my own defense... :-) XML4C2 isn't *that* new by now. Yes, like any
complex software it has some bugs, but its coming along nicely and its quite
flexible as to where you use the 'out of the box' stuff or the 'roll your
own' stuff (and getting more so.)

As of the new release (2.3, which isn't on Alphaworks yet I don't think but
its on the way there), I think we are on about 10 platforms and compiler
combinations with more being done all the time.
