Redirecting XML files?

Sort of.

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE rss [
  <!ENTITY pyrzqxgl SYSTEM "http://www.fool.com/directory/file.xml">]>
&pyrzqxgl;

Of course, you have to use a parser that handles external entities.
Note that this won't handle redirection to redirections, because an
external entity can't have its own DTD.

But rolling your own isn't bad either.
