SAX2 and Acceptor/Connector

Almost -- right now, I cannot imagine any properties being written
during parse time, but certainly people may want to read them, as is
the case with the following two properties:

 http://xml.org/sax/properties/dom-node
 http://xml.org/sax/properties/xml-string
