Cesar,

You've picked some difficult formats to convert.

TeX and LaTex should be convertable using Perl or
Omnimark. Not too hard, but a bit of work.

Postscript and PDF are very, very hard formats
to work with, and I don't know of any easy
way of dealing with them.
