dtddiff of XSDL November and September drafts

Below is the output of Earl Hood's dtddiff utility (see
http://www.oac.uci.edu/indiv/ehood/perlSGML.html for his collection of
perlSGML utilities) when comparing the DTD from the November 5th draft of
the W3C XML Schema proposal with the one from the September 24th version.
The two-column arrangement is easier to read in monospaced type. Note that
content model differences are highlighted by the use of all caps for the
changed parts.
