vendor support for various parsers

Hi ,

Is it possible to purchase a support agreement on various XML parsers available in the market ?

We plan to use IBM's XML4C parser on HP UX. Does IBM give customer support for it ?
What about Oracle and SUN. Also what will be the cost.
