I'd recommend a different approach -- I'm sure that many smaller firms
or individual contractors will be happy to sell support contracts for
open-source parsers, and you'll get a much better and faster response
than you will from a bigger company (even if they were interested in
tiny support contracts like that).
When you use open source, you don't have to buy support from the
original producer of the software, so you're dealing with a more free
and competitive market.
