I suggest that a subject reflecting the voters choice be used, for example "Re: Namespace for
HTML (3 or 4)" with nothing in the body? Don Park, you started this and I would have no
problem with entrusting you with the count, but if you can't do it, I could (if there were no
objections). All votes would be made available to anyone who asked (making the process
accountable :-) after the deadline.
