Perhaps I'm not being clear. That was only *one aspect* of the decision to
use three namespaces. Not the only one. The others were also compelling
enough to result in that decision. Even if we "don't address" schemas, the
other use cases are still there, and the decision is the same. It is not a
matter of only looking at schemas.
