Further work on Xlink

Hi Simon,

I was thinking about writing a document about the Table of content pattern,
submit it to XML-DEV people and store it...everywhere people want to store
it since it would be our property not mine. This could be used as a
guideline or even to become a certain standard for xml developers. The first
problem that I see this can resolve is the problem of site maps that as
essentially composed of links to resources.

Thanks for your comments Simon.

Cheers
Didier PH Martin
